Our Promise

At Second Tide, we’re committed to creating sustainable, ethical swimwear that celebrates all shapes and sizes. We want you to love your purchase but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags and hygiene stickers attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottoms or one-pieces that have been worn or tried on without protection. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, tanning products, or damage.

  • Sale items and discounted stock are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


How to Return

  1. Email info@secondtidecollection.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and an address.

  3. Once your item is received, we’ll confirm and process your exchange, store credit, or refund.
