1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During collection launches or holiday periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates:

Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD

Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD

Free Express Shipping on orders over $100 AUD

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard International: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)

Express International: 5–10 business days

Shipping Rates:

Standard International: $24.95 AUD

Express International: $39.95 AUD

Please note: Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link to follow your delivery’s progress.

If you do not receive tracking information within 1 business days, please contact us at info@secondtideswimwear.com.au.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Second Tide is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or natural events.
If your parcel is lost or delayed, we’ll do our best to assist in locating it, but we recommend contacting the carrier directly for real-time updates.

6. Preorders

If you purchase a preorder item, please note that it will be shipped according to the estimated release date stated on the product page.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the full order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

7. Wrong Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If you realise you’ve made an error, contact us immediately at info@secondtidecollection.com.au.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address or guarantee redelivery.

8. Sustainability Promise

As a conscious brand, we aim to minimise waste by using eco-friendly, compostable packaging and encouraging batch shipping where possible.
